Pompe Vuoto ad Anello Liquido

Liquid Ring Vacuum Pump ASCO VACUUM TECH AVM_L

AVM & AVL Series

AVM and AVL series consist of single stage liquid ring vacuum pumps type, suitable to achieve deep vacuum. Both series fit the same hydraulic but with a different construction:  AVM monoblock series feature consists in the direct fixing of the pump casing to the motor casing and in fitting the impeller directly on the motor shaft with the aim to favor  compactness.
AVL series, identified as lantern style, differs from the previous one due to the presence of an intermediate support which allows the pump to be connected on one side and the motor on the other. This construction should be preferred every time the standard electric motor does not meet the requirements of the customer or of the application such as the ATEX classified areas. The motor to fit to the lantern must be of flanged type “B5” and the connection of the shafts is ensured by a flexible coupling. The shaft seal is made by means of a simple acting mechanical seal according to DIN 24960. The final end vacuum that can be achieved is 33 mbar ass. at standard conditions. This is possible due to the presence of the valve on the port plate that increases the performance then operating at high vacuum.
Two standard executions are available:
CS The pump is made in cast iron with stainless steel AISI 316 port plate and impeller
SS The pump is made with all “wetted” parts in stainless steel AISI 316.

AVA Series

AVA series consist of single stage liquid ring vacuum pumps type, suitable to achieve deep vacuum. All AVA models are characterized by being bare shaft pumps so that the drive is secured by a flexible coupling that makes the pump shaft integral with the motor shaft.
For sizes AVA 606 and AVA 806 the reference operating speed is the 4-pole motor speed while for sizes AVA 1206 and AVA 1806 the reference operating speed is the 6-pole motor speed. For greater versatility, frequency drive operation is possible within the limits set by the manufacturer. Visually they are identified by the presence of two manifolds, the suction manifold and the discharge manifold, which have the duty of distributing or collecting the gas to / from the suction / discharge end casings located on both impeller ends. ATEX version is available, on request.
The shaft seal is made by means of a simple acting mechanical seal according to DIN 24960, one each pump end. Shaft sealing  devices other than the standard require a technical assessment that can be carried out on request. The final end vacuum that can be achieved is 33 mbar ass. at standard conditions. This is possible thanks to the presence of the vary-port valve on each port plate which increases performance when at high vacuum.
Three standard executions are available:
CN The pump is made in cast iron with nodular iron impeller, stainless steel AISI 316 port plates and AISI 420 shaft
CS The pump is made in cast iron with stainless steel AISI 316 port plates and impeller but shaft in AISI 420
SS The pump is made with all “wetted” parts in stainless steel AISI 316.

AVD Series

AVD and AVDL series consist of two stage liquid ring vacuum pumps type, suitable to operate at deep vacuum by taking advange of two impellers working in series.
Both series fit the same hydraulic but with a different construction: AVD series are bareshaft type but AVDL series are identified as lantern style which differ from the previous one due to the presence of an intermediate support which allows the direct mounting of flanged type “B5” motors.
For both series the pump and motor shaft connection is ensured by a flexible coupling. The shaft seal is made by means of a simple acting mechanical seal according to DIN 24960, one each pump end. Shaft Sealing devices other than the standard require a technical assessment that can be carried out on request. The nal end vacuum that can be achieved is 33 mbar abs. at standard conditions.
